Please fill out this order form with your request for a portrait or mural, or alternatively you can phone me. Please email your photos to me or photo's of the room that is to have a mural, this helps me to visualise the project from the start. If you are ordering a portrait I will also need a 25% deposit (payment by cheque) which we can discuss when you confirm the size you require. |

photo tips for portraits
You can send your photo(s) by email, post or CD. Any number will be fine, just make sure they are clear and in focus with the subjects image as large as possible. Please be aware that the finished quality of the portrait will be dependent on the quality of the images received. If this concerns you and you would like me to take the pictures this may be possible for a fee, and dependent on the traveling distance.
